Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These terms govern use of BookFlow — the booking, website and marketing platform at bookflow.works — by the businesses that subscribe to it. BookFlow is operated by One Search Banter Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating a BookFlow account or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
If you are a customer of a business that uses BookFlow, this page isn't aimed at you: the business you book with publishes its own terms on its own website.
The service
BookFlow provides your business with online booking and calendar management, a hosted website or booking widget, client records, and marketing tools — including the ability to connect your business's own social media accounts (such as a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account) and publish your posts to them from your dashboard. Features vary by plan.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Account information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Owners control which team members have access and at what level.
Your customers and your content
- Your customer relationships and customer data are yours. We process that data only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
- Content you publish through BookFlow — on your website, blog or social accounts — is yours, and your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to publish it and that it is lawful.
- You are responsible for your own obligations to your customers, including your own policies, consents and legal compliance.
Connected services
- Payments run through Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms.
- Social accounts: you connect your own Facebook Page or Instagram professional account by authorising BookFlow through Meta's own consent process. We publish only content you compose, only to accounts you connected, and you can disconnect at any time in your dashboard — see our data deletion page. Your use of those networks remains subject to their terms and policies.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup or upgrade. If payment fails repeatedly we may suspend the service after notice; your data remains recoverable for a reasonable period.
Acceptable use
Don't use BookFlow for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive — including sending spam, publishing content you have no right to publish, or misusing the social publishing tools in ways that breach the networks' rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Availability and support
We aim for the platform to be available at all times and back data up routinely, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability. Support is by email at kevin@bookflow.works.
Liability
We provide BookFlow with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees your business paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time. On request we will export or delete your business's data, subject to any records we must keep by law. We may terminate for serious or persistent breach of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
